Karen Ong joined Fonterra Malaysia in April 2017.. She has more than 20 years of FMCG experience. She has spent a good 15 years with Johnson & Johnson, building her career in marketing. Aside from managing various marketing roles and portfolios in the Malaysia business, she has also spent time in Shanghai – a highly competitive and dynamic market. She has also built her expertise in digital – she was seconded to the digital centre of excellence in New York and subsequently led digital for Southeast Asia. Before joining Fonterra, she was the marketing and customer marketing director for Johnson & Johnson Malaysia.
